Note: This PC features 1 × HDMI, 1 × Mini DisplayPort, and 1 × Thunderbolt 3 port, all of which are capable of video output.

However, there is a known issue with this model's HDMI output. The latest graphics drivers ( The Intel Iris Pro 580 ) do not support HDMI video output. While an old Intel provided custom graphics driver for this model can restore HDMI functionality, dual-monitor operation can become unstable when one of the displays is connected via HDMI.

For the most reliable multi-monitor setup, we recommend using the Mini DisplayPort and Thunderbolt 3 ports for video output, as these have proven to be stable and fully functional.

A new installation of Windows 11 Pro is done but is not activated. Windows will come in the reset state. Log in and run the Windows update to get all the drivers. Enter your own license key, use it as is, or install an alternative OS.
