This is a very low power consuming and silent PC, making this suitable for always-on applications like a web/file server, IOT appliance, robotics, display advertising, etc. It can also be used for general-purpose computing with Windows 10, but it wouldn't be suitable for high-resolution gaming and other CPU-intensive use cases.
